Toning Cleansing Base is part of Kapyderm's Dermocosmetic line. Sun, hard water and heat bring warm, yellow tones forward in light hair. This wash uses a violet pigment, Acid Violet 43, because violet offsets yellow, so hair looks cooler and brighter. The cleansing base is mild, not harsh. Hydrolyzed collagen and vitamin E leave strands smooth and soft, and lactic acid holds the pH slightly acidic. It's paraben-free.
Who it's for: people with blonde, highlighted, gray, silver or white hair.
How to use: Lather through wet hair and scalp. Leave on 2 to 5 minutes, longer for more toning, then rinse well. Swap it in for your regular wash one or two times a week. Very light or porous hair tones faster, so start short.
