Not Sure Where to Begin for Hair Loss? Answer 5 Simple Questions.
Complete a quick, mobile-friendly scalp and hair wellness check that includes two picture-based questions. Your responses remain private and are not uploaded or submitted. Based on your answers, you’ll receive guidance on the next step — whether that’s a dermotrichology consultation or an evaluation by a healthcare professional.
From what you have shown me, the useful first step is looking — not treating. A magnified scalp and hair analysis with your full history is what turns this from a guess into a finding, and everything after it is built on what I see.
In the chair
What the visit itself is.
- A magnified scalp and hair analysis
- Your history, medications, and what changed and when
- Your findings at a complimentary follow-up within two weeks
- Recommendations and financial investment options, with no obligation
At home
Available here at the studio.
- A cleanser matched to what the scalp is actually doing
- A leave-on for the scalp, not for the hair
- One change at a time, so what worked is obvious
A sore or tender scalp, or bare skin where the surface looks different from the rest, can mean the follicle itself is involved. I will look under magnification first. If the answer sits with a physician rather than with me, you leave knowing that, and knowing what to ask for. That is not me passing you along — it is the fastest route to the right help.
In the chair
What the visit itself is.
- A magnified scalp and hair analysis
- A written finding you can take to a doctor
- What to ask your physician for
- Scalp care that will not work against treatment
Hair lost to tension comes back — right up until it does not. The line between the two is not the amount of hair you have lost; it is how long the follicle has been pulled, and that is visible under magnification long before it is visible in the mirror. This is the one kind of hair loss where coming in early changes the answer.
In the chair
What the visit itself is.
- A magnified look at the follicles along the hairline
- Which areas are still active and which are not
- What has to change about the styling, specifically
- A recheck date, so the change is measured and not guessed
At home
Available here at the studio.
- Scalp care along the hairline
- What to ask for at the braider or the salon
You know what you want and you are not waiting on regrowth. A cranial prosthesis or a non-surgical hair replacement is fitted privately, to your head and your hairline. I will still look at the scalp underneath it, because what happens under a unit matters.
In the chair
What the visit itself is.
- A private fitting, not a shelf
- Cranial prosthesis or custom non-surgical replacement
- The scalp underneath looked at too
- Care options and financial investment at your follow-up
At home
Available here at the studio.
- Care for the scalp under the unit
- What the unit itself needs between visits
Hair loss from cancer treatment is easier to get ahead of than to catch up with. Coming in before or early means the color, the density and the hairline can be matched to your own hair while it is still there. If you are already past that point, that is fine too — upload a photograph to your secure client portal.
In the chair
What the visit itself is.
- Matched to your own hair where possible
- Fitted privately, at your pace
- Cranial prosthesis, and what the paperwork needs to say
- Scalp care through treatment
At home
Available here at the studio.
- Gentle scalp care for skin that is going through a lot
- Nothing active, and nothing new, without asking your team first
Children and teenagers lose hair for reasons that are often different from those of adults, and a young person losing hair is usually carrying more than the hair. They get the same analysis, the same explanation and the same privacy as anyone else — and you get told the truth about what I find, including when the answer is a pediatrician rather than me.
In the chair
What the visit itself is.
- The same analysis adults get
- Explained to them, not just over their head
- A private room
- An honest answer about what can and cannot be done
At home
Available here at the studio.
- Nothing active on a young scalp without a look first
Keeping the hair you still have is a different job from regrowing what has gone, and it is the one with the better odds. It starts with naming the cause, because a protocol aimed at the wrong thing is just an expensive routine.
In the chair
What the visit itself is.
- A magnified scalp and hair analysis
- Targeted scalp and hair protocols
- Procell microchanneling where it fits
- Scheduled reviews, so it gets adjusted
At home
Available here at the studio.
- A scalp routine you will actually keep doing
- The two products that matter, not the eleven that do not
Nothing to buy yet
There is nothing to buy on this screen. What you have described is a question for a physician before it is a question for a shelf. Come in, let me look, and take a written finding to your doctor.
Take this with you
- Every medication and supplement you take, in the bottles
- Do not shampoo for 3 to 4 days before the visit
- Upload a photograph of your hair from before, if you have one, to your secure client portal
- Upload lab work, pictures and biopsy results from your doctor to your secure client portal
